263 West Patrick Street is between Bentz Street and College Avenue, closer to College than Bentz.

It’s the distinctive blue building on your right as you approach the traffic signal at College Avenue.

There's an archway next to it, and our sign is out front.

Where to Park:

Parking on West Patrick street is metered up to College Avenue.

Meters are $1 per hour, and run Monday through Saturday until 5 p.m.

Fun Facts: After you cross College Avenue, the parking is free.
And if you were to take a right on College Avenue, you would find that the parking is also free.

We’re located in the Studio Suites around back, not in the main blue building.

Come through the archway, not the front door, walk down the deck, and we’re the last door on your left.

Have a seat in the waiting room, and make yourself at home. (Restrooms are to your left.)
